Either way, mistakes, faulty products unhappy and disappointed clients are the results. Following instructions shows that the employee takes his responsibilities seriously and is capable of shouldering additional responsibility. Reliability also means showing up for work on time, informing the concerned authorities when he cannot make it, and keeping to deadlines.
Nothing can replace the significance of hard work. Some people work hard for a few years and then lose pace. In addition, people who are particular about working only from 9 to 5 even when urgent projects need to be completed cannot be considered as hardworking as one who is willing to put in extra time and effort. The basis of an effective organization lies in how capable it is of hiring result-oriented and industrious workers who execute plans and strategies.
Marketability is simply being presentable to clients. The ability to represent your business in a way that conveys a good impression of it to the client. Therefore, in addition to being well groomed, he should be professional and have a favourable personality, keep their knowledge updated with the current industry trends and anything concerning the company be it newsletters, advertisements, press coverage etc. This shows their interest and dedication towards the company even though their business position does not necessarily ask for it.

A trait characteristic of efficient employees is their positive attitude towards their colleagues. They are cordial in maintaining healthy work relations with their team members. They are confident about their capabilities and help other team members to improve themselves.

This pays off and helps them progress in their career; contribute better towards the meeting employer’s objective. They are always concerned about the company’s performance and offer ideas to improve the same.
